Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made in the FilmedSurf online store, operated by NAMINOL LLC.

1. Upload only images you own the rights to, or for which you have the rights holder's permission.
2. If people appear in the image, obtain their consent.
3. We may decline an order based on an image that risks infringing a third party's copyright, portrait rights or other rights, or that is contrary to public order and morals. In that case we refund the full amount.
4. The image you upload is used only to produce and ship your order and to answer your enquiries, and is provided to our print partner (Gelato).
5. If a dispute with a third party arises from an image you uploaded, you resolve it at your own responsibility and expense, except where the dispute is caused by our intent or negligence.
